Terms of Service

1. Parties
These Terms of Service govern all services provided by prodesigncore (the "Studio"), operating from C. Carmen Conde, 14, 41019 Sevilla, Spain, to clients ("Client"). By placing an order or making a payment, you accept these terms.
2. Services
prodesigncore provides digital web design services including custom website design, landing pages, design systems, e-commerce design, brand identity and site revamp projects. All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.
3. Proposals and scope
Work begins upon written approval of a project proposal. The proposal defines scope, cost and timeline. Changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately before additional work begins. The Studio reserves the right to refuse scope changes that would materially alter the agreed project.
4. Payment
Payment is required in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are in Euros (EUR) and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed via Stripe. The Studio is not responsible for Stripe fees or currency conversion charges.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates from the date of brief approval and receipt of all required client materials. Delays caused by late client feedback, missing content or failure to provide required access do not extend our timeline obligations. See the Delivery Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership of the final delivered designs and code. The Studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless the Client specifically requests otherwise in writing. Third-party elements (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their respective licences.
7. Client responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, required content and legal authority to use any materials provided to the Studio. The Client warrants that all provided content does not infringe third-party rights.
8. Liability
The Studio's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. The Studio is not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages. The Studio is not responsible for client-side server failures, hosting issues or third-party service outages after delivery.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sevilla, Spain.
