Most e-commerce sites fail commercially not because the platform is wrong but because the design is wrong. The product pages do not answer the questions people have before they buy. The navigation makes it harder to find things than it should be. The mobile experience was added as an afterthought.

We design e-commerce stores from the customer journey backwards. What does someone need to see before they add to cart? What information is missing from the product page? Where are people dropping out of the checkout and why?

We work with WooCommerce, Shopify and custom PHP depending on what fits the project. Setup includes payment gateway integration, shipping configuration, analytics and a handover session so your team can manage the store without us.
