Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery
All prodesigncore services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped. Deliverables are transferred via hosting deployment, shared Figma files, file transfer links or email depending on the project type.
2. Delivery timelines
Estimated timelines by package:
- Essential Package: approximately 2 weeks from approved brief
- Studio Package: approximately 4 weeks from approved brief
- Creative Package: 6 to 10 weeks from approved brief
- Landing pages: 7 to 14 days from approved content
- Brand identity: 3 to 4 weeks from approved brief
- Design systems: 4 to 6 weeks from approved brief
Timelines start from the date the brief is approved and all required client materials have been received. Timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
3. Client responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on the Client providing: written brief approval, all required content (text, images, logos), access to hosting or platforms within 3 business days of request, and feedback within the agreed revision windows. Delays caused by late client action extend the delivery timeline proportionally.
4. Project staging
All projects are delivered to a staging environment for review before going live. The Client has 7 days to review and raise written objections. If no objections are raised, the project is considered accepted and the go-live process begins.
5. Delivery confirmation
Delivery is confirmed by email with access credentials or file links. The Client is responsible for acknowledging receipt within 3 business days.
6. Post-delivery support
Post-launch support periods begin from the date of delivery, not from payment. Support includes: bug fixes, minor adjustments within original scope and technical questions. Changes outside original scope are quoted separately.
