2. Data we collect
We collect personal data in the following situations:
- Contact form: name, email address, company name (optional) and project description
- Checkout: first name, last name, email, phone number and country of residence
- Newsletter signup: email address only
- Stripe payment processing: payment data is processed by Stripe and not stored by us
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps
3. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
We process personal data under the following legal bases: contract performance (order fulfilment), legitimate interests (business communications, fraud prevention) and consent (newsletter subscription, non-essential cookies). We are subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD).
4. How we use your data
- To communicate about your enquiry or project
- To process payments via Stripe
- To send service updates and invoices
- To send the newsletter (with your consent)
- To comply with legal obligations
5. Data retention
Contact enquiry data is retained for 12 months. Client project data is retained for 5 years for accounting and legal purposes. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Spanish tax law.
6. Third-party processors
Stripe, Inc: payment processing. Google Analytics: site analytics (IP anonymised). All processors are subject to appropriate data protection agreements.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@prodesigncore.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) at aepd.es.
