Refund Policy

1. Nature of our services
All prodesigncore services are custom digital deliverables. Because work begins promptly after payment and involves significant time investment from the first day, our refund policy reflects the digital and bespoke nature of the work.
2. Before work starts
If you cancel your project in writing before we have begun any discovery, briefing or design work, you are entitled to a full refund. Cancellation must be submitted by email to hello@prodesigncore.com within 24 hours of payment.
3. After work has started
Once discovery, briefing or design work has begun, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis: the amount refunded is calculated as the total project fee minus the value of work completed to the date of cancellation. The calculation is made in good faith by the Studio and communicated in writing.
4. Completed projects
No refunds are issued for completed projects that have been delivered and accepted. Acceptance is deemed to have occurred when the client has approved the final deliverable or has failed to raise written objections within 7 days of delivery.
5. Technical disputes
If the delivered work does not match the agreed-upon specification, we will correct the issues at no charge. We do not treat changes in client preference after delivery as grounds for a refund.
6. How to request a refund
Email hello@prodesigncore.com with your order reference and reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
7. Consumer rights (EU)
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. For digital services that have already begun with the consumer's explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal will be lost, the right of withdrawal is waived upon payment. By purchasing, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.
